Sealed tenders are invited from well-established / reputed local (Islamabad / Rawalpindi) firms registered with Sales Tax Department for Purchase of Furniture for year 2024.
Interested firms may collect Tender Documents from Purchase Section during working hours on deposit of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) as tender documents fee in Higher Education Commission (HEC) Account No.17427900133401 of Habib Bank Limited, SRC branch, Sector H-9, Islamabad, or deposit in HEC Finance Division. Proof of deposited Tender fee is mandatory to attached with the bid. The Bids must be submitted via PPRA ? EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) and it is also compulsory for the bidders to drop their bids physically at Room No. 1-B-6, Purchase Section, Executive Block, HEC, H-9 premises, Islamabad on or before 26-03-2024 at 1:30 PM. All Tenders should be accompanied (in a separate envelope) by earnest money amounting to Rs. 100,000/- in form of bank draft / pay order in favor of Director Accounts, HEC. The bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM at HEC?s Auditorium Block, H-9, Islamabad. The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders under PPRA rules. Tender Document is available on HEC website www.hec.gov.pk as well as PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk and on EPADS.
